i have decided to blog, based on the topic that zina has given on my tagboard :D
TEACHER'S DAY!Eve of the eve of teacher's day...it was a rainy day... school ended... we took bus... we took mrt... and alas we arrived at SOMERSET, orchard. yays:) the jigsaw puzzle was collected it was THIS big *makes hand gestures and other actions* but you can't see so nevermind. just imagine:] it was all glossy and pieced up already. some of us were rather disappointed because we were looking forward to pieceing it up.. so there.
Afterwards we went to Zina's house where the frame was kept, along with other teacher's day presents. (oh yea the frame was for Mr hia, y'all know right) had a jolly good time framing as well as playing with baby pooh bears hehe. Before we secured the frame we took out the pice which had mr hia's face! so cool eh? actually his face had bee made up of 4 pieces but we took the most dominant one amyway. it was to give him the honour of putting in the final piece mah...During that process, Zina turned on the tele!First was POWERPUFF GIRLS (yes it was) then it showed the famous holland V. there were moments where all of us were so distracted by the TV and our eyes were practically glued to it. MOJOJOJO!
We were desperately trying to decorate mr siva's pooh bear with some piece of wrapping paper which said you are the greatest teacher or something, while anthea made the nice petit envelope to contain the last piece of jigsaw. in the end we made a miss singapore label thingie( i dunnoe what it was called) for the pink pooh. Zina also took out her nice pooh bear. the two poohs looked so cute together =) one was pink(siva's) and the other was white(zina's). AND GUESS WHAT I FOUND YING SI's SOFT SPOT. haha!
then Zina's sister returned home from school(look like her you know!) then we also saw her younger bro whom she claims is a MONSTER rarr!!this one don't look like zina, na-ah. and then i figured out how to turn on the bathroom tap! neh.. great sense of accomplishment you know :)
by then it was raining really heavily, lucky yi jun offered to fetch me home YAY! it was quite late too. on the way we dropped by heartland mall to collect the cake for teacher's day as well as buy mrs -( sorry cannot reveal HEHE) present. it was a nice cup from precious thots okay.. cost around $-(sorry cannot reveal) okay i admit i might as well not have written that sentence since it is absolutely meaningless.
oh gosh this is only the EVE of the eve... next day then...
mr hia was so touched upon receiving the presents and the warmth that he was surrounded by(from us lah.. haha). it was really great to see the teachers all smiling broadly. mr siva looked so funny when he was carrying the pooh bear like a BABY. bear in mind the colours too :D oh yea 2A's stomp also performed. though we kinda messen up the middle but we got together later. wasn't that bad. hopefully the audiences didn't notice heh.
that afternoon i watched akeela and the bee with my psch classmates. the movie wsn't that bad. quite meaningful. About half the class turned up. really missed some of my pals :). and it was really shocking how the voices of the guys had bROkeN! but some of them hardly grew. okay that's all for today. bye!oh yea on teacher's day itself, i spent the day reading harry potter and the half-blood prince :)
