i can't believe this. well at first i couldn't. now i can. but still...
what am i talking about? here goes...
i'm told to play the piccolo>
i know that's delightful news but i'm not sure if i can cope. nono it's not the studies part which my parents have been nagging at (though they did wanted to do sth about band since my studies kept dropping :[ ), it's just that n-n-nervous feeling.
i'm so afraid that i'm not good enough x( i still consider myself junior (haha) and i'm so used to blending in the background and erm living in the comfort of seniors' skilful playing then suddenly POOF.. they sort of disappear. And i'm supposed to play the piccolo all on my own. It's a really really nice & cool & high- pitched instru yea but eeeks i'm playing it ON MY OWN. 100% exposed- everyone will hear my mistakes. howhowhow? gee and i'm not THAT musically talented too.

So i did bring the instru back home to try. and my embouchure is freaky. it sorts of gets too tightened after playing the piccolo and when i revert back to the flute.. i could hardly blow ANYTHING (1st time) now i totally understand geraldine *point noted* thank goodness you asked me to bring home me flute. otherwise i might have forgotten how to play the flute over this weekend! :/
(btw we're performing at botanic gardens! go support us! joking lah ^_^)
Many people won't know what i'm talking about up there but nevermind :) in case you aren't yet aware, now is the beginning of JUNE HOLIDAYS. whooop! but don't forget your homework! they are as important as your rest. -_- oh yes thanks zina for supplying the whole of 2A with the hols hw list. i swear you are the most organised person ever. remember your confession? hehe.
sze ying... PS2 and X-box is diff but more or less have the same function right? that's to entertain ya... but i'm very sure that both has that irritating soccer game. yes that soccer game that kept our class guys glued to the TV for the whole night at chalet. another person i know of was also so happy over his victory that he jumped about and banged the door. =D i shall try playing one day.
oh did i say i finished copying all 50 cheng yus in a day x) (today) what a great achievement for me i'm not sure about others haha. maybe some people have got the patience to copy a hundred teehee.
okay cool i have to sleep now.
hmm i think i shall join my parents watch korean dramas...

haha we had class chalet 2days ago.
Tried to rush there straight after band which ended so very late because of the important talk... fiona offered to fetch us there so nice right? ty fiona!BTW is at changi you know imagine how ulu ( okay it isn't THAT ulu).
In the end Fiona's dad came rather late so was sitting at the porch with a few people. from our class de: yu tse, sandra, eugene, fiona and si min#1. gaga i gave si min 1 my doll to play coz she didn't order and eugene was gaying with this doll. xD so, i took it to style the hair. very nice one okay so stylish like astroboy! later he took it back and mess it all up again-_- but look quite cute lah. maybe next time can be hair stylist.
too bad the girls hair not so smooth someone told me use conditioner wash the hair.... wait all the hair drop out-_-
on the ride there sandra kept smashing my doll's head sad lah...
by the time we reached there got barbecue going on already... then i kap a few satay ... delicious. but i also helped out in the cooking:D
and the couple ( eugene and sandra) went to kacau my doll when i not around! throw until the hair all messy and drop on the floor some more!
and i saw elton catching bees.
so later we played water bombs... balloon hide until dunnoe where so we just filled buckets of water and wet each other. so fun!i was dripping wet then we played pass the parcel. and poor bolong got stung by the bee he stepped on:'( when we played pass the parcel, there were presents for everyone. soon i realised that the floor i sat on got a puddle of water coz i very wet from water bombs (heehee)
it was getting late and everyone went home le. then suddenly got lucky draw... presents were provided by wayne's magnanimous mum wrap until so nice some more... i got the eighth prize KINDER BUENO wah i so happy!
floor was very dirty so we started to mopping. mop finish tried to get to the tv and have a go on the PS2 but was a failure class guys were stuck to it like super glue SIGH.
mr hia then provided SUPPER! green bean soup and sparkling juice. yumyum! so we went to bathe, came down and played cards again. After a while yu tse say want to tell ghost story so we went to the room and switched off all the lights. their room so cold. Zina was sitting beside me when yu tse told the stories. and i have no idea why i got scared by like almost all the stories... Irritating.
by then it was like 3.45 am lo. came down look around got like 10 bees and a cockroach.. see the guys still stuck at PS2 so decided to go sleep. up stairs was a little squashy with yi hui, qin lu and fiona and i wasn't used to the cold air con so yi' an and i went downstairs to sleep. i slept on the long cushion at around 4am :D i have no idea how yi' an slept on the one person cushion.
a while later we woke up at 5.30am. went to see sunrise with cass, keat yin, bolong and zhi kai(who din sleep the whole night) in the end also got no sunrise coz that place was called sunset walk or sth -.- haha so we went back after the morning walk took breakfast and packed our stuff. so sway coz my register no. is even. need to go for PTM first batch. my dad came and fetched a few of us to sch. in the audi i was dozing off during all the speeches. so scared principle catch bleh but managed to force my eyes open most of the time. woah i love the refreshments hehe. first thing out of the audi went to eat a whole plate full. then my mum and i went to see chen lao shi.
when we got home i unpacked my stuff, played with the dhs doll a bit and fell asleep for 7hrs straight. woke up at dinner time ( so shiok!) hehe.
ok enough le gtg now .
btw, IJ gathering- 14th june, 10.30 am in sch, pot luck ( bring anything but drinks)
why? coz i bringing drinks. tyty

Justea and Ice- scream! Ice-scream and Justea! And what do you get? Jus-scream and Ice-tea! x x xx x Jus-scream and Ice-tea! Shake it well, mix it good! Goooooo... IJ! whoo!Year two level camp oh six is officially over. quite sad actually. sigh. it was 4days and 3nights of camplife there at sarimbun. It was dirty. It was tiring. It was smelly. It was muddy. It was crazy. BUT IT ROCKED! :DAnd we've probaby got the best team around! Go members of justea and ice-scream! rawr!haha on the first day everyone was thinking "oh my gosh when can we get outta here?" but slowly things changed... yep! totally. our group had team-building activities on the first day. Those type which require lots of strategising and carrying and lugging uh-huh. it was fun yea and tiring. i esp liked the command and conquer hehe! with two scouts in our grp tying sticks were no problem and the water bombs landed purrrfectly :} haha splash!the night spent in the tent was rather hmm interesting i guess. i haven't gone camping in real tents before but yea it was fine for me, although 8 people were squashed up in the tent waha! it was pretty noisy at first and i kept waking up halfway and falling asleep again. and i slept on(yes, ON not IN) my sleeping bag and surprisingly did not kena any mosquito bites :D then i stuck my feet outta the tent too, good thing it din rain. around 5.20AM i asked gina go toilet with me for a wee... lols cold mah! then tried to go back to sleep but too noisy le. that was one whole night under a piece of canvas and on a floorboard just 10cm above the grass (with creepy crawlies) fun!Next day (2nd) was cool! rock climbing was shiok but too bad i no muscle only can climb about 1/4 gah. but it was a good try. river challenge was fun though we lost. hey it wasn't our fault! we got ourselves soaked and i had to wrestle for the life jacket from elephant's mighty grasp haha. loser clean toilet! nah. penguin ended up cleaning it all on his own on the 4th and last day! Nature rumble was so exciting! it was like the best activity! played in mud, rolled around. bathed in river (with clothes on of course) and see water snail + their eggs. so jungle-like! plus it was raining so we came back all drenched but feeling so shuang! too bad we didn't get to play saint challenge course :( they scared lightning will strike us... heard it was fun though. that night, we moved to the dorms! coz campsite was flooded HAHA3rd day we went HIKING. yes, in LIM CHU KANG. haha walked round the whole area until got sunburn. it was about 6 hrs out in the sun. saw lotsa places and can distinctly remember the 5 great danes guarding the Arowana fish farm scary sia so huge. some group even had karaoke in the frog farm! lols lucky them. anyway group Justea was first to arrive back at sarimbun yays:) we had ample time to shower so we did not have to queue at the toilets :) btw the toilets were awfully disgusting. shall not describe here. water supple was horrible too. but nvm it's all under the camping package tht we paid for haha.that night we had campfire so fun i think IJ were the most irritating groups since we kept doing the standing ovation *_* a lot of our members screamed until got sore throat. heng i drank lotsa water :D so our item was so funny... chek chek ku leh with principal dancing! haiiz later sing peng you until so sad coz next day going home le..on 4th and last day, IJ did some cleaning up in the dorms area and bid sarimbun camp farewell. it was so sad esp on the bus... sang lots of songs finally reach dunman high. that's like the real ending... sad,sad,sad. Miss sarimbun loads + instructor penguin and elephant. hoho! gina found instructor penguin's pic in 2004 yearbook! (apparently he had long hair..HARD TO IMAGINE SIA) AND qian hui is mei jia's friend in 3rd lang wow... connections! miss level camp already... love the red tee. miss that retired police dog german shepherd dun mind the mud... cya!GO IJ! ooh band is going to perform in sentosa musical fountain tmr can't wait! :P

holahola!
EDS Performance was great! Everyone is so talented ... can sing, can dance, haha. i hope an-an liked her feathery rose whoops :) aiyah so sad din bring camera coz i forgot to charge the batteries and the memory card was full. it's as filled with my brother's school's concert SYNERGY ( that one rocked too) it was a mixture of all the performing arts groups. so cool esp the choir and the junk jamz, which i apparently found out that their external instructor was also mr sim! yup, he taught us for our drumming performance. You could practically see the similarities!
Moving on... next week is nevel camp week on i mean this week since sunday is the START of a week :] after talking to Zina then did i realised that i have been to sarimbun camp before when i was in p6... wonder why i so gong, that time don't even know the name of the camp that i went to -.- oh well... i only went there for a day camp so i still dunnoe what's it like during an overnight camp. i love the slides! betcha they rawk! k nvm you'll find out soon enuf.
It almost feels like it's holiday now! haha but there's still all the packing to do for level camp. *intensive packing+ last minute purchases* ytd watched the elections so cool! aljunied GRC (where i am staying in) garnered the least votes for PAP. WP was really strong i guess. it was so itneresting watching haha! too bad i fell asleep before the post elections press conference. A few important people must be quite sad.
next week the band is going down to sentosa to perform at the musical fountain hope it'll be fun! it'll be so nice if the fountain flows according to the mood of the song or the tempo.. howdoyousay..
ooh nvm i'm off now !
